Manager, Visitor Services and Engagement
Full time Temporary for 4 years (working Monday – Friday, occasional weekend)

About the Role
With an increased visitation due to free entry and blockbuster exhibitions, the Museum is looking for an experienced visitor engagement manager to deliver exceptional visitor experience.
We are looking to broaden our front of house team’s functions and skills to provide an enhanced visitor experience to the Museum’s audience.

You will be paid a competitive annual salary $106,025 – $117,363, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation (currently 11%) and annual leave loading.
About You
We are seeking an energetic and emotionally intelligent professional with a growth mind set ready to work in a fast paced and dynamic visitor facing environment. The Manager, Visitor Services and Engagement will be efficient in using different systems and digital tools for purposes including team communications, rostering, and ticketing. They will have extensive experience in managing a large team and understand team dynamics during peak visitation. They will be solutions focussed with extensive experience in providing an excellent visitor experience and customer services.
Your Knowledge & Experience
- Operations leadership experience in the arts and cultural organisational industry.
- Developing strategies related to customer experience.
- CRM system experience preferably Tessitura
Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant work experience in any of the following: education, customer services, project management or related field
- Hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check
