About the role
With a need for a new focus on Advancement and the College’s ongoing commitment to philanthropy, this is a newly created position reporting to the Principal. An integral member of the Senior Executive team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing the strategic relationships within the School and its community, as well as leading and managing the day-to-day operational functions and activities of the Advancement team. In addition, you will have oversight of the admissions and marketing/communications strategy.
A proven track record of identifying, soliciting, closing and stewarding major gifts, combined with strategic thinking and the ability to implement and deliver against set targets will be matched by your commitment to upholding the vision, mission and Christian ethos and traditions of the College.
