Development Officer – SA & TAS

Do you want to have a Kingdom Impact while working as part of a busy Fundraising and Development Team? Bible League is looking for a Development Officer SA & TAS to take on an active and challenging role while knowing that all that you do contributes to placing more Bibles into the hands of those who can’t afford them or access them.

Full time role

Qualification in Sales, Marketing, Pastoral, Fundraising, or Communications preferred (or minimum 3 years related/relevant experience)

Culture – We are a small, hard-working Team in a Christian Not-for-Profit. Our role is to raise funds in order to mobilise and equip the field workers in 50+ countries to place Bibles in the hands of people seeking truth and salvation. Fundraising and Development are key components in our organisation and work collaboratively with our Events and Marketing Teams to raise donation support from generous Christians, Churches and organisations.

Responsibilities – The Development Officer SA & TAS will be responsible for coordinating and leading Bible League’s interaction with Churches and individuals in the South Australia and Tasmania areas. They will seek to raise both funding and awareness for Bible League’s unique ministry and to enlist regular supporters to our ministry.

Qualifications and experience – Ideally you have a qualification in Sales, Marketing, Pastoral, Fundraising, Communications or similar field. Or, you have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Reporting and Interactions – You’ll report to the CEO and will work with a team passionate about making a difference for God’s Kingdom.
