About the role
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Program Operations Manager, you’ll be a critical connection point between the Operations team and the International Programs team, working across and providing strategic support for both teams. You will be responsible for managing key aspects of cross-portfolio data analysis and reporting. You will leverage your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to lead continuous improvement projects, supporting efficiency and productivity in how we work with partners and deliver programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Coordinating and delivering portfolio-wide program reporting
- Grants administration and regulatory compliance
- Project management of systems and process improvement for Programs
