Our medical Practice is looking for an enthusiastic, organised, reliable Medical Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.
The successful candidate will be assisting GP’s and Practice management by multi-tasking various Administrative and clerical duties in a timely manner and by being a helpful and a positive presence in the Medical Practice.
We are looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with people. If you have GP clinic administration/reception experience, you are professional, polite, attentive, and always willing to meet each challenge directly, you might be the person we are looking to fill this position.
Key skills
- Able to multi-task various Admin and clerical duties such as: client communication, printing, faxing, scanning, filing, scheduling appointments, processing invoices and monitoring billing
- Must have great computer skills and be familiar with Medical Director or similar software
- Exceptional people skills is essential
- Excellent time management skills
