Role Overview
As an Operations Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership that aligns with Endeavour Foundation’s mission, values, and strategic objectives. Your leadership will inspire high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the portfolio. A key focus will be enhancing stakeholder engagement and fostering relationships that ensure seamless service delivery for people with disabilities.

As Operations Manager for the Southwest region you will:

• Advocate for Human Rights for people with disabilities, ensuring their right to live free from abuse, neglect, exploitation, and have choice and control.
• Lead and empower a high-performing team to deliver person-centred supports that drive positive life outcomes for people with disabilities.
• Build, maintain, and repair critical stakeholder relationships across families, carers, community organisations, and internal teams.
• Drive adherence to the Quality and Safeguarding Framework and ensure compliance with legislative and policy requirements.
• Deliver strategic outcomes by aligning workforce planning, operational excellence, and client engagement strategies.
• Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and innovation, optimising service quality and efficiency.
• Lead clinical governance and manage health service interfaces to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Oversee financial management, ensuring sustainability and growth across services.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a resilient leader who thrives in complex and dynamic environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• Strong operational management skills, including experience in multi-site leadership and service delivery excellence.
• Knowledge of disability services, including the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or the ability to develop this knowledge.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset.
• A commitment to person-centred practices, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality services.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Services or a related field, and a minimum of five years in a senior leadership role.
