About the role
Location: The Griffin Centre, Canberra City
Employment Status: Full-time (or part-time hours considered)

Reporting to the Director of Lived Experience and Innovation, you will be responsible for the expansion and sustainability of MIEACT’s adult and community programs, including but not limited to, DoNOHarm and workplace training programs. You will also deliver impactful mental health education to workplaces and adult groups, helping MIEACT achieve its goal of empowering individuals through education.
To be considered for this role, you will possess relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in training and assessment related fields, and have sound experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of education, training and/or development programs.
You’ll utilise your diverse professional expertise to determine strategies that enhance program delivery and service excellence. Alongside this you will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to prepare detailed reports and submissions. Additionally, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and will be able to work collaboratively as a part of a small diverse team.
Ideally you will have a solid understanding of working or engaging with vulnerable people, including people with lived experience.
