Loreto College Marryatville is South Australia’s only all-girls independent Catholic day and boarding school, catering for students from Early Learning to Year 12. The college was established in 1905 and is set on beautiful heritage grounds.

The College Board of Directors administers Loreto College with passion for the way Loreto College has shaped, and continues to shape, women of today and tomorrow.
As part of Board renewal and retirements, the Board is seeking up to four new Directors working closely with the Chair and Principal to ensure that the vision for the College is realised within a structure of governance and leadership, robust strategic planning, sound financial and commercial management and the highest standards of education, safety and quality.
Applications are encouraged from appropriately qualified professionals with deep demonstrated Board experience. Furthermore, all such candidates must have a respect for the educational philosophy and values of Loreto College which include freedom, justice, sincerity, verity, and felicity
Your career history would ideally encompass the following:
- Education
- Capital Works
- Marketing & Fundraising
- Legal/Corporate Governance
- Finance
Expressions of interest are invited from candidates with demonstrated astute financial, and commercial acumen and exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills. AICD credentials are highly desirable to the role as is strong experience of governance processes and strategic insight.
