About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to take on the newly created position of General Manager – Funding, Growth & Transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Team, this senior leadership role will spearhead MOSS’s strategic fundraising, revenue diversification, and organisational transformation.

Your core mission will be to drive sustainable growth by leading integrated strategies across fundraising, philanthropy, partnerships, communications, digital engagement, and business development. You will champion innovation, position MOSS as a partner of choice, and contribute to our long-term financial sustainability.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a values-aligned, forward-thinking leader with:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in strategic marketing, fundraising, or growth roles.

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering innovative funding strategies.

  • Strong ability to build partnerships across philanthropic, corporate, government, and commercial sectors.

  • High-level communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • A track record of leading marketing transformation and improving digital engagement.

  • Experience working in, or with, the not-for-profit sector is highly desirable.
