Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction of Heathcote Health across acute, aged, community and primary care services. You will foster excellence in clinical care, lead operational performance, ensure sound financial stewardship, and build strong relationships with government, partners and our local community.

To be successful, you will bring:

• Proven senior leadership experience in public health, preferably in a rural or regional context.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• A collaborative, values-driven leadership style.
• A passion for community health and wellbeing.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (post-graduate preferred) in health, management or related disciplines.
