Saver Plus Expansion Initiative Project Lead
At Brotherhood of St. Laurence (BSL), we are seeking a passionate Saver Plus Expansion Initiative Project Lead to join our dedicated team.
Location: Fitzroy Location
Job Type: Maximum term contract (2 years) Full-Time working 38 hours per week
Salary: $113,691.33 – $118,710.13 per annum, based on skills and experience plus 12% superannuation. (pro-rata for part-time employment)

About the role

Lead project management of the Expansion Initiatives, including supporting program delivery partners to implement all requirements of the implementation plan.

Provide high-level program advice to internal and external stakeholders to support the effective delivery of the pilot programs.

Lead and contribute to the development and refinement of program frameworks, policies, and operational guidelines, ensuring alignment with best practice and sector standards.

Analyse complex information and emerging trends to inform decisions by IPPartners of strategic direction and program innovation.

What we are looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who has a passion for supporting the mission of BSL and delivering excellence in your role.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has the following key skills and experiences:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in community development, social work, project or business management, financial inclusion or a related field
- Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams in pilot environments.

Strong experience in project management, stakeholder management and customer experience.

Demonstrated experience in project documentation, including project and practice documentation, materials and resources.
