THE ROLE
The primary focus of this role encompasses the overall management of Yallambee Lodge to support the needs of our residents and ensure compliance with the Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
Driving organisational performance and continuous improvement, you will be responsible for regulatory compliance, staff and financial management, occupancy levels and ACFI.
Implementing continuous quality improvement throughout the facility by leading and driving change to achieve desired outcomes are essential expectations.
As the Manager of Yallambee Lodge you will be supported by the Care Manager and general management team who work in a collaborative and supportive environment to promote the positive culture of Evergreen Life Care.

THE PERSON
We are seeking an innovative, team focused Manager to join our Leadership Team.
Whilst nursing qualifications are not required, there is an expectation that you will possess appropriate tertiary qualifications. You will have a passion for and a strong track record in aged care or health management. Additionally you will have extensive knowledge of current aged care workforce professional and practice issues as well as demonstrated experience in:
• Human Resource and WHS management;
• Finance and developing budgets;
• Quality and continuous improvement.
Your strong management, technology and people skills will help you to support our team to deliver outstanding service outcomes, providing exceptional experience for our residents in line with the mission and values of Evergreen Life Care.
