ABOUT THE ORGANISATION
Multicultural Aged Care Inc. (MAC) is a non- government, not-for-profit, secular community-based organisation that specialises in providing person centered, consumer directed home care services to frail-aged people and their carers from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Working in collaboration with the CEO, the Operations Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the operational business and strategic plans. The position leads and manages the delivery and development of services, ensures services operate to budget, implements appropriate policies and procedures to meet the organisation’s objectives, and ensures required standards and legislative and compliance obligations, are met.
