ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Data Manager, the purpose of this role is to guide business teams in the development of processes and standards to improve effective use of Information Management Systems (Document Management, Intranet and Digital Asset Management) which have recently been implemented at Starlight.

The successful candidate will have a track record in instructional design, training/coaching, business process improvement and change management associated with modern cloud-based information management systems. You will need to be the ‘go to guru’ who knows how to make it work. You will be equally comfortable in coaching and collaboration, and with hands-on configuration of the systems when required.

KEY EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
•At least 5 years experience in a business enablement role working on the implementation of complex business systems
•Extensive knowledge of SharePoint is essential
•Direct experience working on at least one SharePoint implementation project
•Experience with the set-up of information management systems
•Must be self starter who is able to work with limited supervision.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
•Business analysis practice including requirements gathering, process design, solution design and testing is desirable

In essence, we are looking for a guru in SharePoint, Intranet & Digital Asset Management who would like to be a part of a high performing team who loves nothing more than solving complex problems with a nothing is too hard attitude!
