Ardoch Youth Foundation is a small not-for-profit organisation that provides education support for children and young people experiencing disadvantage. With programs dedicated to keeping children engaged in school longer, its vision is to ensure that the potential of every young child and person is realised through full participation in education. Employing a team of 20 highly capable staff and over 1,000 committed volunteers, the organisation is seeking to deliver on a recently developed Strategic Plan which includes aspirations to expand its presence in order to support more children in need across the country.
Reporting to a highly capable and supportive Board, this role will fine tune the 2025 Strategic Plan and develop a business plan to ensure effective delivery. At a turning point in the organisation’s history, the CEO will review service delivery models to gain greater leverage and impact through partnerships and the use of information technology, whilst also engaging staff on this journey. Leading relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including corporates, philanthropic trusts, government and the like, you will diversify the revenues of the organisation to ensure financial sustainability.
A qualified professional, you have a proven track record in delivering on a strategic plan within an outcomes focused environment, be that NFP or corporate. You are well regarded for your ability to lead and engage staff and have a clear passion for making a difference in the lives of thousands of children and young people. Your stakeholder management skills are regarded as a key strength and have resulted in fundraising or revenue generation outcomes.
