ACSO is a Victorian leader in helping people with difficult problems and we work to make our community safer by reducing crime. We are an important part of the criminal justice system, helping people change their behaviours so that they can get their life back on track. We work with the whole spectrum of people who are or who [without our help] could be on the wrong side of the law and help them get their lives back on track. ACSO’s 2015 – 2020 Strategic plan has set the road map for national expansion. The coming two years will see ACSO expand our services in Victoria, New South Wales and to establish a presence in Queensland, we will also develop our Registered Training Authority’s product offering, and manage the introduction of the NDIS. All of which will create unique challenges and opportunities for our organisation As a result, we have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced, innovative HR Business Partner to join our Victorian based team.
Strategically led by the Chief People and Innovation Officer and Senior Manager of People and Culture, this senior generalist role will provide support to our regional managers and their staff across Victoria (regular travel within the state will be required, with occasional overnight stays). The role is part of a small yet dynamic team of Human Resources professionals, with expert Learning and Development, Workplace Health and Safety and administrative support. The successful applicant will be responsible for the design and delivery of flexible, best-practice human resources, change management and industrial/employee relations solutions for their local client base and across the organisation.
