This position requires a high-level senior manager with excellent business analysis skills; a strategic planner and business development expert to lead the Y’s Health and Active recreation and participation programs and services. Person Profile:
- Sound business acumen
- Experience in the health, wellness and recreation areas
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic, management and planning skills
- Knowledge of not for profit/community sector
- Ability to consistently demonstrate the values of the YMCA
