About the role
An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join Yooralla, Victoria’s leading not-for-profit in the disability services sector. With anticipation of continued growth in the transition to the NDIS, this is a key role in a growing marketing and communications team.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Coordinator is a true marketing all-rounder. With a strong passion for communicating, you will be responsible for supporting content development, internal and external communications and the copywriting, development and production of sales collateral.
You will oversee social media and support the administration of digital platforms including intranet and website, newsletter development and various advertising and media opportunities.
This role oversees the planning and scheduling of content, and your organisational skills are imperative to the smooth functioning of the team and running of campaigns.

Essential to your success:
To be successful in this role you will be an excellent writer and can easy capture the message and tone of a communication specific to the audience. Conversing easily with customers and stakeholders is also critical.
To be considered for this role you will have a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or similar and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role. An understanding of issues within the disability services sector and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is advantageous.
