An exciting opportunity is available for an individual with proven project experience. This role is responsible for developing, delivering and managing a range of short and long term projects and initiatives working with and supporting the service delivery areas of Mind.
In this role you will:
- Work full-time, 38 hours per week, fixed term contract until 31 August 2019 with possibility of extension.
- Undertake the development of projects and initiatives through consultation, research and analysis.
- Implement and support the delivery of projects, sub-projects or initiatives within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships within and between all operational divisions.
- Provide advice to internal stakeholders on complex and sensitive matters, through consultation, research and analysis.
You will have exceptional skills in:
- Proven experience in project development, management, implementation and support.
- Experience and understanding of working in operations/direct service delivery.
- Strong interpersonal skills and behaviours to be able to engage and positively influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written communication skills being able to write clearly, concisely and for a variety of audiences/purposes.
