Zoos Victoria operates three landmark zoos, Healesville Sanctuary, Melbourne Zoo and Werribee Open Range Zoo. ZV is currently experiencing growth in its philanthropy activities, with an emphasis on customer integration across various stakeholder groups. This position will drive the administration and support for Zoos Victoria Philanthropy, responsible for coordinating the underlying processes and data management that enables team success.  An integral part of a small team focused on success, the role will work across Zoos Victoria departments and properties, with occasional out of hours work requirements.

Your skills in administration, database management and customer service will all be given the opportunity to shine in this role.  Process-driven, you will have experience in using complex CRM systems, strong communication skills and organisational ability.  A background in fundraising or moves management relationships would be advantageous.
