Fundraising Manager (F2F)

The Role

The Fundraising Manager is remotely managed and is responsible for leading and motivating a team of face-to-face fundraisers to raise money for a number of key clients located in Melbourne.  This is a hands on role which will involve directly fundraising as well as supporting, developing and growing the overall team.

Specifically you will:

• Be responsible for the overall performance and growth of the F2F team  
• Take responsibility for a newly recruited team of F2F Fundraisers and Team Leaders
• Raise funds directly through F2F fundraising on streets and in shopping centres
• Lead and motivate the F2F team giving on the job training and providing feedback
• Oversee the recruitment, selection and performance management of the team
• Track program/team performance reporting activity, targets and results

Skills Required

This role is suited to an experienced F2F fundraiser who is looking for an opportunity to lead their own team but is also comfortable fundraising directly.

You will have an excellent track record in achieving results in a fundraising or sales environment and will have managed and mentored staff in previous roles.

Due to the nature of a F2F program you will be dynamic, with the maturity and energy to inspire and motivate others.
