About the role
The CASS team is responsible for providing ageing support services to the Ageing sisters and women of the Good Shepherd community living both in the community and residential aged care.
This newly created role has responsibility for leading the team nationally to develop systems and practice and deliver contemporary, consistent aged services across all States. You will oversee the service provision to ensure the team meets the funder service level requirements whilst focussing on people leadership, operational and financial management, stakeholder relationships, quality, compliance and OH&S.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Tertiary qualification in Health, Social Work or related area
• Significant knowledge of and experience in the Aged Care sector
• Proven track record in leadership with a focus in change management
• Deep knowledge of legislation, regulatory framework and practice reforms
• Client focus
• Demonstrated risk management capability
• Current drivers licence
