The Role
The Australian NGO Cooperation Partnership (ANCP) Program is Oxfam Australia’s single largest and most complex institutionally-funded grant, valued at over $11 million annually. The ANCP Coordinator, under the guidance of the Institutional Funding Partnership Manager, is responsible for coordinating the high quality delivery of the ANCP grant and is responsible for ensuring that agency capacity, systems and processes are adequate to manage ANCP program funds according to DFAT requirements.
You will have
• A successful track record in leading business development initiatives resulting in the securing and management of significant levels of funding from DFAT and other institutional donors, trusts and foundations
• Significant experience in the development and management of organisational funding systems and processes, particularly for large-scale, complex grants
• Knowledge and practical experience of a range of relationship development techniques
• Practical, field-based experience and or a strong understanding of developing and implementing long-term international development, humanitarian, advocacy or campaigns programs
• Experience of leading institutional and individual capacity development initiatives
• Understanding of key trends in official development assistance, policy and practice, and funding mechanisms
