About the role
Following the recent resignation of our CEO, the Board is now seeking to appoint a new CEO who is a leader and strong business manager to lead and manage this established charitable organisation into the future.
This is a full-time position based in the city of Ballarat, working with the Board, staff, volunteers and the greater community to achieve the strategic outcomes of the organisation. The position includes the day to day management of The Ballarat Foundation and United Way Ballarat activities, with particular focus on corpus growth and harnessing collaboration and partnerships within the community.
