WWF’s conservation department is responsible for the strategy, activities and conservation results of WWF Singapore that are achieved nationally and internationally. WWF Singapore also has a focus on delivering corporate responsibility partnerships, individual/major donor fundraising and community engagement for WWF’s priority conservation activities in Singapore and the rest of WWF’s global network.

The Role

Reporting to the head of conservation, you will be responsible for coordinating WWF’s global strategy and activities to achieve sector change in the production, supply chains, demand and consumption of palm oil. You will be the focal person at the international level on palm oil issues for external parties and for WWF staff. You will organise and steer the WWF network team of national staff that contribute to the food practice on palm oil and collaborate with other lead staff to ensure consistent approaches, messaging and learning.

 

Skills Required

You must have 10+ years of relevant experience at an international level and significant knowledge of the palm oil sector. You will have a track record of implementing action that contributes to system change and experience of agri-business and/or related policy measures. You must have the ability to drive strategy and develop a global team and raise and manage funds to grow the team.
