About the role
We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses to join WHOS’ multidisciplinary team at our Rozelle campus to be part of a new and exciting initiative overseeing the management of low to moderate withdrawal needs of clients entering the Rozelle programs. These positions will report to and be supported by the WHOS Nurse Manager.
Experience in assessment and referral with an emphasis on withdrawal management and referral pathways is desired. This position will monitor low to moderate withdrawal needs of clients’ onsite at the WHOS Rozelle campus and liaise with community withdrawal management services located within the Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network region.
Remuneration negotiable based on experience and qualifications under the negotiated pay rate in line with the NSW Public Health Award with terms and conditions under the Nurses Award 2010.
