ABOUT THE ROLE
The Research and Partnerships Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of a research partnerships strategy.
This will include:
Developing, maintaining and implementing a strategy towards the management of effective research partnerships within Alfred Deakin Institute for Citizenship and Globalisation (ADI) and the Faculty of Arts and Education.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships to maximise outcomes, strengthen relationships, and enhance the Institute’s and University’s reputation.
Working collaboratively with ADI members, Advancement staff and other university representatives to cultivate and solicit research partners for Institute wide priorities.
Conducting or coordinating regular visits to donors related to assigned faculties for the purposes of cultivation, solicitation or stewardship of gifts in excess of $25,000.
ABOUT YOU
Undergraduate qualification and subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and experience.
Demonstrated experience in building and strengthening relationships and strong networking skills.
Experience in leading, managing or coordinating a broad range of quality activities, events or projects.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills and tact.
