Reporting to the Head of College, as a member of the Senior Management Team, the Dean of Studies works proactively in the best interests of the students and the College, to foster a vibrant and academically supportive community.
This full-time role contributes to students’ wellbeing at a formative time in their lives. Key result areas include: the development, implementation and administration of the Academic Programs, overseeing Resident Tutors, Wellbeing and Community, Recruitment and Admissions, Library and the Intercollegiate Committee.
Tertiary qualified with a background in education, your academic success and career counselling experience will be key to your success in this role. Your understanding and empathy with tertiary students, ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with staff, students, other colleges and the wider community will be highly regarded.
