About the organisation
Hagar International delivers programmes in Cambodia, Vietnam, Singapore and Afghanistan and has support offices around the world. Our Head Office is in Phnom Penh. We are an international NGO that works with women and children who have experienced trauma as a result of human trafficking, slavery and abuse. We seek to magnify the impact of this work through advocacy and capacity building.

About the role
Are you a highly experienced senior leader with program and management experience in international development or human rights? Do you want to make a significant difference in the lives of women and children whose human rights have been violated?
Hagar International has an exciting opportunity for someone with strong operational acumen and proven leadership skills to lead our programs in Cambodia. The role is based in Phnom Penh and will join our dynamic global Group Executive team at an exciting time, with a new global CEO and strategy.
