The Role
We are currently seeking a National Marketing Manager to be based in our Sydney office. The successful applicant will have a passion for Israel, sustainability and an empathy for the not-for-profit sector.
Reporting to the CEO, this role will support the organisation on a national level as well as provide direction to the State Divisions and Planned Giving and Education Departments. The role involves:
- Assisting the organisation with the development and execution of a national marketing strategy, including PR, Media, Social Media and Advertising.
- Overseeing compliance with the JNF brand guidelines, ensuring that the JNF delivers a universal clear message which is consistently applied throughout the organisation
- Conceptualising, packaging and promoting the organisation’s national major campaigns, products, events, projects and initiatives
- Co-ordinating and promoting the JNF digital presence including website and social media
- Sourcing and packaging project information for internal and external use
To succeed in this role you will be degree qualified with at least 5 years demonstrated experience in a similar role. You must be able to demonstrate a sophisticated level of strategic thinking, copywriting and creative skills.
You will be highly organised, efficient and have a keen eye for detail. You will have the ability to prioritise your workload in order to manage deadlines and expectations, be mature and professional in your approach and thrive on achieving desired outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
