About the role
About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the People and Culture team to deliver on our strategy for a supportive workplace community, high performing people, and sector leading wellbeing initiatives.
The People and Culture (P&C) Manager will lead the People and Culture team to deliver on the P&C Strategy. The role is responsible for overseeing work related to Recruitment & Selection, Occupational Health & Safety, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Workforce Planning, Diversity, Talent Management, Change Management, Employee Engagement, Internal Communications and Organisational Development, and for providing business partnering support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
About You
We are looking for someone with:
· Demonstrated experience and skills in leadership and team supervision.
· Degree level tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Communications or related field.
· Aptitude for innovation and creative approaches to problem-solving
· Working knowledge of relevant workplace legislation and standards.
· Aptitude for application of social media and technology to workforce strategies
· Knowledge of and demonstrated experience applying leadership models to optimise performance.
