About the role
This role would suit community minded individuals with a background in any of the following areas: community service, law, accounting, finance, human resources, governance, strategic planning and analysis. You might be an individual with previous experience as a Bank Manager, a stay at home mum or dad with relevant skills and experience, semi-retired, or a local business owner passionate about the local area.
Preference will be given to applicants who live and/or work in the Hobsons Bay area, preferably with strong community networks and experience as a Board member or experience in a leadership/management role. A strict requirement of the role is that you are flexible with your time and can make yourself available for daytime and evening functions/events and meetings.
