About the role
Due to opportunities provided by Client Directed Care and the NDIS, we are now looking for a highly experienced and energetic Program Manager to manage the Disability residential and individualised support services across the South East region of Melbourne and the community based Aged Care services across Gippsland and metropolitan Melbourne. This is a permanent, full time position and will be based predominantly in our LWB Dandenong centre, however may be required to travel within Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
•Ensure the delivery of the program services are in accordance with program budget, local business plans and in line with client needs and plans
•Seek out business development opportunities through NDIS and CDC
•Develop and maintain local operational and administrative systems and procedures to support the effective management of the program
•Ensure a consistent standard of quality is delivered for program in accordance with regulations prescribed in relevant legislation and funding agency standards
•Develop, lead, motivate and manage a team to ensure positive outcomes for the people we support
•Manage risks and issues arising in the course of service management
•Promote and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Skills & Experience
•Significant experience in Disability and/ or Aged Care services
•Degree qualification in Human Services or related discipline
•A demonstrated commitment to the care and development of clients
•Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management
•Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
•Demonstrated ability to manage services and programs within a budget
•Ability to use initiative, think laterally and strategically, to meet deadlines and produce quality work under pressure.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
