Reporting to a capable and supportive CEO and as a member of the Executive team, you will be responsible for the operational management of the Residential Services Program, which embraces the wellbeing of residents and delivery of the highest standards of nursing care. This includes effective management of all resources including people and financial.
The quality of resident care requires a team approach so that you will need to demonstrate leadership and the ability to encourage and promote your staff to develop professionally and as part of the team.
For this senior opportunity you will need to be a Registered Nurse Div 1 with a current practising certificate and have extensive clinical experience. Previous aged care management experience is essential as well as having a sound understanding of accreditation and ACFI.
