About the role
With ambitious plans for the future and a clear strategy to achieve their vision and mission, beyondblue has entered an exciting period of organisational growth, development and revenue diversification. It is seeking a talented and experienced Head of Fundraising to deliver financial results and enable beyondblue to achieve its goals.
Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing, Communications and Fundraising, this senior role in the Group will lead, inspire and motivate the Fundraising team to deliver successful fundraising campaigns and initiatives. With responsibility for devising and implementing the Fundraising Strategy across a range of activities, you will empower your team to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
As a professional fundraiser with significant leadership experience, you will have a strong track record of delivering on challenging revenue targets. Extensive knowledge of fundraising principals and methods, including the development of fundraising strategy and tactics, is essential. You will be an engaging and motivating leader, experienced in managing a diverse team and building a culture of high performance and creativity. An exceptional communicator, you will have a convincing and persuasive style, professional empathy and a genuine commitment to beyondblue’s values and mission.
