    About the organisation

    Organisation Name : Kira Community Services
    Established in 1992, Kira is a well regarded WA not for profit charity. We provides support and assistance to people living with disability and mental illness across Perth. We provide individualised programs that are tailored to meet the needs and outcomes of people with disability enabling them to live a life that is meaningful to them. Kira provides services including Individualised Supports, Community participation, Group programs, Shared Living, Supported Accommodation and Short Term Stays (Respite). Funding is provided through the Disability Service Commission, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Philanthropy and fee for service. Service Principles: Person Centered - Choice and Control - Active Supports -Self Direction - Positive Behavior Supports
