About the role

The Humanitarian Settlement Program (HSP) aims to build the skills and knowledge for social and economic well-being of refugees and humanitarian entrants. The HSP delivers Settlement Services to Clients through a tailored, needs-based case management approach.
The Role
This role is critical in leading all aspects of the Humanitarian Settlement Program contract across the region and is responsible for best practice and continuous improvement within HSP operations. The Regional Manager will focus on compliance against contractual and funding outcomes, managing and developing the HSP Team as well as ensuring goals and priorities are achieved through effective, agile and scalable service delivery to clients.
A working with children check or ability to hold one is mandatory for this role.
About You
You will demonstrate experience in establishing best practice case managem ent and service delivery along with all aspects of management of service operations.
Experience in the provision of culturally appropriate and sensitive services in complex human services environments, sound understanding of world events and humanitarian settlement services in the Australian context will be evident in your application.
Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage multi-disciplinary teams, strong stakeholder management and well developed negotiation skills are key to your success in this role.
