About the role

About the Role

We have an excellent part-time opportunity, four days per week, for an experienced Lawyer – Will Writer with a current Victorian Practicing Certificate to join our Client Legal team. The purpose of this position is to take client instruction, prepare and execute Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPA), whilst promoting the benefits of State Trustees as Executor.

You will be responsible for cross-selling State Trustees’ Estate Planning services and broader organisational services where appropriate. In addition you will be involved in our Regional Visitation and Home Visitation programs.

Role Requirements

To be successful you will need to demonstrate paralegal experience in dealing with complex will, estate and succession matters. You will have the ability to prepare commercial standard correspondence and possess well developed professional communication skills with an intermediate skill level across the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Chameleon will writing software will be highly regarded.

Please note a current Victorian practicing certificate is a mandatory requirement for this role.
