Program Manager, Clinical Services

An opportunity has arisen for a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse to be appointed to the newly created role of Program Manager, Clinical Services. The role is pivotal in guiding Mentis Assist to implement its first clinical mental health services and ensure that they are delivered safely and are of high quality.

The Program Manager, Clinical Services (Mental Health Nurse) will be clinically responsible for the delivery of allied health, nursing and psychiatry services and will be the professional lead for mental health nursing. Our clients will live in the Mornington Peninsula/ Frankston/ Casey/ Cardinia local government areas.

The incumbent will apply their management and clinical knowledge to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, evidenced based, recovery oriented services across multi-disciplinary teams.

As senior clinician, the role will lead all clinically-related activities, including the implementation of Mentis Assist’s Clinical Governance Policy and related policies. The role includes the provision of clinical supervision to mental health nurses and operational line management responsibility. The Clinical Team Leader will also hold a small case-load.

The successful candidate must be flexible and have capacity to work out of hours if required.
