We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Quality Manager with experience within the disability sector to join our growing team.

The Quality Manager Position is a pivotal role within the organisation; a member of the management team and reports directly to the General Manager, Corporate Services.

The successful applicant will have strong communication skills, with an ability to lead, train and educate employees, across all levels of Lifestart, in the requirements of our Quality Management System (QMS). You will be a highly motivated person with a proven record in driving all facets of QMS.

Essential to the role:

* Relevant tertiary qualifications in business management or other related discipline.
* Demonstrated high level expertise and experience in Quality Management.
* Experience in the disability sector.
