Reporting to the Manager Community Services, the Youth Development Officer is responsible for leading the team in youth engagement and developing high impact programs that are focussed on achieving social outcome objectives. The key outcome of the work at the Youth Centre is the empowerment of young people.
You will be an insightful youth services leader with a track record of supervising high achieving youth workers as well as expertise in project management and collaboration.
This is a permanent full time opportunity Monday to Friday. However, you may be required to work additional hours from time to time to meet operational requirements of the Mosman Youth Centre.
