Vision Australia is a leading national provider of blindness and low vision services in Australia. We work in partnership with Australians who are blind or have low vision to help them achieve the possibilities they choose in life.

We support more than 27,500 people of all ages and life stages, and circumstances. We do this through 28 Vision Australia centres in Victoria, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia; 30 clinics; and through outreach programs in the Northern Territory and Tasmania.

We have two exciting opportunities for Regional Business Managers to join our New South Wales Client Service team. One role is based in Epping covering Sydney North and North West and the other to be based in Parramatta covering Sydney Inner West and West.

Responsibilities

As Regional Business Manager at Vision Australia you will:

Manage regional operations for success as per an agreed local Regional Business Plan.
Meet or exceed KPI’s for:
financial performance
business growth and retention
client engagement
productivity
people and
compliance
Lead a values based culture among staff and volunteers to ensure high levels of positive workplace engagement – focussed on business success.
Drive deeper relationships with our clients (in partnership with our national Marketing team) to increase referrals & to better connect with communities within the region, making us the provider of choice.
Implement services locally (and in partnership with our national Service Innovation team) which have been co-designed with clients in Education, Employment, Independence and Social Inclusion (EEISI).
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:

Business Acumen – demonstrates success in articulating and delivering on a plan for business success
Direction & Focus – provides direction and linkages to high level goals, vision and strategy
Client/Customer Service – leads excellence in client/customer service
Team Coaching & Development – builds the performance and capability of a diverse workforce
Change Management effectively supports and champions complex change
Qualifications in Business Management/Health or Community Services at graduate or post-graduate level (or an equivalent combination of relevant qualifications plus extensive experience
