About the organisation

Organisation Name : The Cranlana Programme Foundation
A Different Approach to Today's Challenges. The Cranlana Programme exists to help leaders sharpen their thinking, bring clarity to their reasoning and strengthen their convictions. Cranlana is a stand out provider in the field of elite leadership programmes and our reputation is well established, especially in government. The courses engage with the ideas of some of history's greatest thinkers - not for the abstract purpose of philosophical discourse, but as a practical way of bringing that insight and wisdom into participant’s professional and personal lives. Our Approach. All Cranlana courses deploy a distinct model of shared inquiry and Socratic dialogue, where our moderators guide the discussion of ideas raised in selected philosophical, economic and cultural texts. It is an intense and immersive experience. Groups are limited to 20, allowing for extensive engagement in the exploration of ideas and beliefs as the conversation evolves throughout the duration of each programme. The goal is not to provide a blueprint for right action. Rather, participants come to their own conclusions and, through dialogue, access new ways of thinking about their challenges. Since 1993, over 4000 leaders from across the Australian community have undertaken this process. As a member of the Cranlana team, you will also attend in-house lunches, dinners, and speaker events. Based in the Toorak office, you are well presented, experienced in sales and negotiation, competent in spoken and written communication.
