The National Director – Aged Care leads the strategic and operational management & coordination of The Salvation Army’s national aged care services, and will implement growth strategies through mergers, acquisitions and development projects that promote the Mission of TSA. Currently with over 2,000 residential care places, 7 retirement villages and 480 CHCP’s, the goal is to grow into a nationally recognised leader of healthy-ageing services.
Your purpose is to bring executive management skills to the position, and implement change with sustained standards of performance and best practice. You will focus on person-centred services underpinned by TSA’s values & ethos and supported by sound business practices.
For this pivotal position you must have a track record of successful leadership of a major Aged Care, Health or Community operation at top level, strong business planning ability, proven communication skills, and the capacity to manage a geographically dispersed team.
