In this newly created role you will establish a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) training program for the YMCA and will ensure the organisation’s training offering builds the capability and knowledge within the organisation around its HSE objectives. Interacting with staff across the business, you will identify learning needs and will monitor and seek to continuously improve on the Y’s existing offerings. You will also manage a broad range of relationships with external stakeholders – including training providers, to ensure staff are receiving relevant and useful support and training.
You have gained your OH&S training experience from any number of areas and have a proven track record in delivering effective learning programs. You pride yourself on your exceptional interpersonal skills and are willing to take a hands-on, interactive approach to driving cultural change and improvement.
