Director of Young People

Reporting to the Chief Executive, this new leadership role forms part of a small and growing team. The Director will lead the development and delivery of PTA’s Young People portfolio of programs in Australia. With support from the Prince’s Trust International, The Prince’s Trust Group and in collaboration with local program partners, employers and supporters, you will shape the strategy, identify opportunities and ensure the delivery of high-quality programs. This role will support the CEO in securing new investment and other income generation activities through nurturing and strengthening partnership and funding relationships.

You will be passionate about supporting young people to fulfil their potential and have a successful track record of strategic and business planning, project management and operational delivery. Innovative and creative, you will demonstrate the ability to develop new and inspiring partnerships and programs that are strategically aligned and financially viable. With exceptional interpersonal skills, you will be collaborative, and able to build sustainable relationships with stakeholders. Tertiary qualified, you will have experience of working in the education sector, mentoring and volunteering or social enterprises.
