A respected not-for-profit within the disability service industry, we have just refreshed our brand and need someone who can put our best foot forward, creating awesome content to publish across a range of channels. We need an all-rounder, an SEO and content specialist who can analyse and adjust campaign performance, and bring strategy to life.
About the role
Mambourin has an exciting opportunity for a highly passionate and motivated individual who is marketing and communications obsessed – If you dream of SEO and content ideas then we want to hear from you!
Reporting to the CEO, key accountabilities include:
- Provide comms and marketing support to whole of business
- Implement and add to an existing marketing strategy
- Upkeep and manage our new Mambourin style guide and its usage across all departments
- Creating engaging content for website and social that celebrates everyday wins, big and small
- Coordination of newsletters for a range of segments
- Coordination and management of marketing specific CRM
- Analysis of campaign and SEO performance
- Briefing of designers and printers so that our marketing collateral looks its absolute best
- Creating digital and social media initiatives that engage our community and beyond
- Manage and coordinate internal and external events
- Oversee marketing budget
Skills & experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred
- Experience creating content that engages
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Experience maintaining website content
- Video editing and basic photography skills desirable
- Visual design and print management experience also desirable
- Knowledge of NDIS and disability sector beneficial

This is a full time temporary, mat leave position with a flexible commencement date starting no later than 6 August 2018 and finishing in September 2019.
