About the role
The Board of Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation is highly skilled and diverse. Four (4) Board member positions will become vacant for appointment at the Foundation’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) in October 2018. Three (3) incumbent Board members will be seeking re-election. Following the recent Board skills mix review, the Foundation is seeking suitably qualified candidates who offer credentials in the following areas:
- Social innovation and community development
- Health
- Accounting
- Investment
If you are interested in being considered to join a voluntary Board of community leaders and contributors you should reference your credentials in relation to one or more of the above areas, as well as demonstrated experience in being able to contribute to the strategy and governance of Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation.
