About the role

The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO and working with multiple stakeholders you will be responsible for the leadership and management of 6 regional Managers, a broader team of 190 as well as the design and delivery of the customer experience.

About You
You may already be heading up a client services function or looking for the next step in your career. You have a passion for enabling excellent customer experience at every touchpoint and you understand the value of operational excellence in a commercial and contestable customer market place such as NDIS.

Your colleagues and staff describe you as an adaptable and inspiring leader and you have deep experience managing a geographically diverse workforce.

Experience within the community or health services sector would be highly regarded as would knowledge of the social connection that can be improved by specialist face to face and remote intervention staff.

An appreciation for and curiosity about new technologies and their potential impacts would also be desirable.
