This hands-on role is part operations, part event management, part marketing and communications. The Hub Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the Collective Purpose space and providing top shelf customer service to internal and external clients. The Coordinator supports the activities of a growing community of staff and co-working tenants and manages our conference and training rooms. The Hub Coordinator also plays a key role in building our community and the Collective Purpose brand through our website, EDMs and social media. The role involves supervising assistant and volunteer staff. This position reports to the Collective Purpose Business Manager.

CP salaries are based on the Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Services Award (SCHCADS) salary rage is Level 4, $66,500 per annum plus super and salary packaging.
